Open the calendar by day, week or month, or by staff member and room; everyone sees only the appointments they are authorized to see. For a new appointment you pick the treatment, physician, room and duration on a single screen. If times overlap for the same physician, room or patient, the system warns you; you can enter a reason and proceed anyway if you choose.
