Delivery and Performance Terms
1. Nature of the service
Clinicon is a software service provided over the cloud by On Yazılım Finansal Eğitim ve Sağlık Hizmetleri Danışmanlığı Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti.. As no physical product is sold, there is no delivery, shipping or freight process, and no shipping fee is charged.
2. When the service is performed
The service is performed electronically and instantly. Once your application is completed, your clinic is opened for use together with the free trial. After a period payment, access opens for that period the moment the payment is confirmed: for card payments the result is received from the payment provider immediately and access opens automatically; for bank transfers it opens once we have verified your payment notice.
3. Maximum performance period
The service is provided instantly as a rule. Should a technical obstacle arise, performance does not exceed the statutory maximum of thirty (30) days.
4. If the service cannot be performed
If the service cannot be provided for reasons attributable to us, you are informed and any amount collected is refunded. See the Cancellation and Refund Terms for details.
5. What you need to use it
The service is accessed with an internet-connected device and an up-to-date web browser. Tablet and mobile applications are downloaded from the relevant app stores.
