Preliminary Information Form and Distance Selling Agreement
1. Seller

2. Subject of the agreement
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the provision of the Clinicon subscription package selected electronically by the Buyer and the payment of its price.
3. Nature of the service, package and price
The package name, the modules it includes, the billing period (monthly/annual) and the price are the details shown to you on the signup screen and recorded with your application. All published prices include VAT. The price is charged per billing period and in advance.
4. Free trial
The subscription begins with a free trial period once the application is completed. No payment is taken during the trial and no payment instrument is requested from you. No charge is made unless you pay at the end of the trial; if no payment is made, access to the service is restricted.
5. Payment
Payment is made from the payment screen inside the application using the methods offered by the Seller. Where payment is made by card, card details are never seen or stored by the Seller; the transaction takes place on the secure screen of a licensed payment institution. Where bank transfer is chosen, payment is made to the account notified by the Seller.
6. Performance
The service is provided electronically and on a continuous basis. The subscription remains available without interruption throughout the period the payment relates to.
7. Right of withdrawal
Save for the cases in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form under the Distance Contracts Regulation, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days of the conclusion of the agreement without giving a reason. Notice of withdrawal may be given by cancelling from the subscription screen inside the application, or in writing to the Seller.
8. Cancellation and end of access
You may cancel your subscription yourself at any time from the subscription screen inside the application. On cancellation, access continues until the end of the period you have paid for; access is restricted after that date. Cancellation does not shorten a paid period. A cancelled subscription can be resumed from the same screen.
9. No automatic renewal
The subscription does not renew by itself and no automatic charge is taken from a stored payment instrument. Payment must be made by you for each period.
10. Invoice
The document relating to the payment is issued on the basis of the details you provided in your application and can be viewed from the subscription screen inside the application.
11. Dispute resolution
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement, within the monetary limits set out in the applicable legislation.
12. Acceptance
You confirm that you have read, understood and electronically accepted this form and agreement. The moment of acceptance is recorded together with the full text accepted.
