Patient registration in 4 steps, duplicate prevention, tabbed detailed profile

Register a new patient quickly, with every detail you need: basic information first, then extended details, medical history and KVKK consent. While you are still typing the phone number or Turkish ID number, the system checks whether that person already exists and warns you if so — the same patient is never registered twice. After registration, the patient's appointments, payments, notes, documents and before/after photos all live in the same file, organized by tab.
