Cancellation and Refund Terms
1. Scope
These terms cover the subscription to Clinicon clinic management software provided by On Yazılım Finansal Eğitim ve Sağlık Hizmetleri Danışmanlığı Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti.. Clinicon is a cloud-based software service; there is no physical product, delivery or shipping process.
2. Free trial
Every subscription starts with a free trial. No payment is taken during the trial and no payment instrument details are requested. If you cancel during the trial, no charge arises.
3. No automatic renewal
Your subscription does not renew by itself and no automatic charge is made against a stored card. You start each period’s payment yourself, so no unexpected or unnoticed charge can occur.
4. Cancelling the subscription
You can cancel your subscription yourself at any time from the subscription screen inside the application; you do not need to contact us. After cancelling, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not shorten a paid period. You can restart your subscription from the same screen.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation you may exercise your right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days of the contract being formed, without giving a reason. Cases in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form are reserved. Withdrawal notices can be sent to [email protected].
6. Refunds
As a rule, no refund is issued for a period that has already been paid for; the service remains continuously available for the whole period the payment covers. Refunds are issued in the following cases: (a) duplicate charging for the same period, (b) charging of an incorrect amount, (c) the service not being provided for reasons attributable to us, (d) requests submitted within the withdrawal period and accepted by us.
7. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method: to the card used for card payments, and to the sending account for bank transfers. Refunds are completed within fourteen (14) days at the latest from our approval of the request. How quickly a card refund appears on your statement depends on your bank.
8. Requests
Send cancellation and refund requests, together with the transaction date and amount, to [email protected] or by telephone. Your request is reviewed as soon as possible and the outcome is communicated to you.
